About the role

The role

You'll take LLM features from prototype to production: designing retrieval, writing evaluation harnesses, and setting up monitoring for drift and cost.

What you will do

Design retrieval-augmented generation pipelines
Build offline and online evaluation harnesses
Implement guardrails and human-in-the-loop review
Monitor quality, latency, and spend in production

What we are looking for

Strong Python and data engineering fundamentals
Shipped an LLM or ML feature to production
Rigorous about evaluation and measurement
Able to explain trade-offs to non-specialists

Nice to have

Vector database experience
MLOps tooling (MLflow, Weights & Biases)
Published evals or benchmarks
