Privacy notice
Last updated 1 Sept 2026
This notice explains what personal information Cloud Leopards Technologies Pvt Ltd collects through cloudleopards.tech, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, and anything you choose to write in the message, plus optional fields like company and budget range.
When you apply for a role we collect your name, email, phone number, any links you provide, your cover note, and the résumé file you upload.
Our servers keep standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and abuse prevention. We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on this site.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry or assess your application. That is the only reason we ask for it.
To detect and stop abuse of our forms — for example, rate-limiting repeated submissions from the same address.
How long we keep it
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted, unless they become part of an active client relationship.
Job applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can consider you for other roles, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — for example, an email delivery provider used to notify our team of a new message — and only to the extent needed for that purpose.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Contact for privacy requests: hello@cloudleopards.tech.
