Most clinics & hospitals still run on paper registers, spreadsheets and a separate billing tool. The front desk, doctors, lab and accounts each keep their own records, patients wait without knowing their turn, and billing mistakes surface only at month end.

We wanted one product that any clinic & hospitals could adopt, without losing the one guarantee healthcare demands: no clinic can ever see another clinic's data.

• One product, many hospitals. Every hospital is an isolated tenant. Each request is checked against the user's own hospital or clinic, and a record from another clinic simply does not exist to them.
• Built around the patient's day. Registration, token booking with a live queue screen for the waiting room, consultation with vitals and prescription templates, lab orders and results, admission and bed occupancy, then billing.
• The right screen for each role. Admin, receptionist, doctor, accountant and lab technician each get their own permissions.
• Money handled cautiously. Billing math is tested for exact decimals, partial payments and overpayment, and stays safe when several receptionists bill at once.
• Plans without new code. Feature flags and staff limits per subscription let each clinic switch on only what it pays for.
• Security as a default. Two-factor login, per-account lockout, full audit trail, and daily backups copied off-site to Google Drive.
